Admission and Withdrawal Procedure
Admissions are granted based on merit, availability of seats, and fulfilment of the eligibility criteria prescribed by the school.
Criteria
i) Neighbourhood
Within 1 Km – 35 Points
1–3 Km – 30 Points
3–5 Km – 25 Points
5–8 Km – 20 Points
ii) Sibling – 35 Points
iii) Alumni – 30 Points
Seat Distribution (Session 2026–27)
- There are 51 seats in the General Category in the Balvatika (Nursery) Class.
- There are 23 seats for the economically weaker section.
- There are 8 seats for the Management Quota.
Admission to Higher Classes
- Admission to Classes II to XI is subject to vacancy.
- Students transferring from another school must submit a valid School Leaving/Transfer Certificate.
- Admission to Class XI is based on Class X Board results and, for students from other schools, performance in the entrance test conducted by the school.
Academic Session
The academic session begins on 1st April and ends on 31st March.
Withdrawal
A written notice of at least one month is required for the withdrawal of a student. In the absence of such notice, fees up to the month in which the Transfer Certificate application is submitted will be charged.
Documents Required for Admission
The following documents are to be submitted at the time of admission:
- Birth Certificate (for Pre-Primary to Class I)
- Previous Class Mark Sheet/Report Card
- Original Transfer Certificate (Classes II onwards)
- Migration Certificate (if changing boards, for Classes XI–XII)
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Aadhaar Card of the student
- Aadhaar Cards of both parents (address proof)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- PEN (Permanent Education Number)
- APAAR ID
Admission is confirmed only after verification and submission of all required documents.
